Frequently Asked Questions

Real questions from ADHD entrepreneurs. Honest answers.

Before You Buy

I've tried content systems before. I never stick with them. Will this be different?

Probably yes, but not because this is "more motivating." It's different because it's designed for ADHD brains.

Most content systems fail because they require daily creativity and constant decision-making. The Content Engine removes both:

  • Weekly Sprint Kit: plan once a week, not daily.
  • Fill-in-the-blank templates: no "be creative" required.
  • The Repurposing Playbook: turn one idea into a week's worth of posts instead of starting from scratch.

You didn't fail before because you're lazy. You failed because the system fought your brain. This one doesn't.

I'm not a 'content creator.' I'm just trying to get clients. Is this for me?

Yes. You don't need to be a creator. You need to be visible.

If you're a coach, consultant, freelancer, or agency owner, content is how people find you. But you don't need to "build a personal brand" or "go viral."

You need:

  • • Proof you know what you're talking about
  • • A way for clients to discover you
  • • Consistency (so you stay top of mind)

The Content Engine gives you templates for case studies, client wins, and frameworks, not "look at me" vanity posts.

My ADHD makes me start projects and never finish. What if I buy this and abandon it after a week?

Fair question. Here's what makes this different:

1. Low time commitment. The Weekly Sprint Kit is built for one sitting, not an afternoon. The Repurposing Playbook works the same way per post. You're not committing to hours of work.

2. No daily decisions. You plan once a week, Monday morning. Then you execute from a pre-filled list. Every decision costs the same amount of energy whether it's big or small, and this system means you're not spending it over and over.

3. The Stop Rule. Most people quit a project the same way they started it: no plan. The Stop Rule gives you the trigger to look for, so quitting is a decision, not a collapse. If this doesn't work for you after 14 days, the system itself tells you to stop.

You're not buying a 90-day commitment. You're buying a 2-week experiment. If it doesn't stick, that's data. Not failure.

Will this actually get me clients? Or is it just 'build an audience' advice?

The Content Engine is designed to attract clients, not just "build a following."

Here's the flow:

  1. You post frameworks + case studies (not motivational quotes).
  2. People see proof you know your stuff.
  3. They DM you or check your profile.
  4. Your bio/CTA points to your offer (coaching, consulting, etc.).

The templates include CTAs like:

  • • "Want help implementing this? DM me."
  • • "This is what I teach clients. Link in bio."
  • • "I have 2 coaching spots open this month."

Content alone won't get you clients. But content + a clear offer + consistent posting = inbound leads.

Is this just ChatGPT prompts or generic templates I could find for free?

No. This isn't a collection of AI prompts.

Here's what makes it different:

  • ADHD-specific structure. The templates aren't just "write a LinkedIn post." They're decision trees: "If you have proof → use this hook. If you don't → use this one."
  • Real examples. Every template includes real example posts, not just blank templates, so you can see how it works in practice.
  • The system, not just templates. The Weekly Sprint Kit teaches you how to plan, not just what to post. The Repurposing Playbook shows you how to turn one idea into many posts, not just "repurpose your content."

You could piece this together yourself through a lot of trial and error. This hands you the finished version.

I don't do formal refunds (it's a $33 digital product), but if you try it for 7 days and it's genuinely not useful, I'll either:

  • • Help you fix what's not working (15-min call), or
  • • Send you a different resource that might be a better fit

I'd rather help you succeed than keep $33.

How is this delivered?

Instant download (ZIP file). Inside: PDFs + Notion templates + fill-in-the-blank worksheets.

No login required. No subscription. You buy it once, you own it forever.

Do I need Notion?

No. The Notion templates are optional. Everything is also provided as PDFs and fillable worksheets (Google Docs, Excel, or pen+paper).

Neither. It's a toolkit. Self-guided frameworks + templates. No videos, no modules, no community Slack.

Will this work if I hate being on camera?

Yes. The Content Engine includes formats for:

  • • Text-only posts (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • • Voice-over video (you never show your face)
  • • Screen recordings (show your work, not yourself)
  • • Green screen overlays (if you want a middle ground)

You don't need to be a "personality-driven creator" to make this work.

Do I need an email list or existing audience?

No. This is designed for "starting from zero."

The primary distribution is TikTok (algorithm-driven, no followers required). We collect emails at checkout so you can build a list over time, but you don't need one to start.
