Hey, I'm Daniel.
ADHD entrepreneur, product leader, executive coach. Building tools for founders who think differently.
The Problem
For years I tried every productivity system, every content strategy, every "just be consistent" framework out there. They all ran on the same assumption: if you just try harder, you'll succeed.
That's like a check engine light coming on and turning up the radio so you can't hear it. The light isn't the problem, it's telling you where the problem is. Push through it with more discipline and you're not fixing anything, you're just driving louder. When you have ADHD, "trying harder" doesn't fix the ambiguity. It just makes the ambiguity louder. You need structure, not motivation. You need systems, not inspiration.
So I built my own.
"I went from posting nothing for months to shipping every week, using the Weekly Sprint Kit. Not because I got more motivated. Because I removed the friction."
Daniel, using my own system
The Credentials
I'm not a productivity expert with a framework to sell you. I'm a builder who happens to have ADHD, and I've spent 10+ years figuring out how to get stuff done anyway.
I lead product management for Disney Experiences and Products Tech and Digital. I design digital experiences for millions of guests: product strategy, user research, analytics, UX design. Before that I worked Apple Retail, frontline, not engineering, not corporate. As an executive life coach, I draw on NLP techniques to help high-performers reframe limiting beliefs, clarify identity, and build systems that stick. As a founder and full-stack developer, I've built 7+ ventures outside the day job: GiveForms, Purpose, Totems, Squabbl, and more. Some worked. Some didn't. Every one of them taught me something.
And I'm an ADHD entrepreneur myself. I know what it's like to start ten projects and remember none of the ones I finished. That's not laziness. That's success amnesia, and it's a storage problem, not a character flaw. I know how to fix it.
The Philosophy
Most content advice is built for neurotypical brains. "Post every day." "Find your voice." "Be authentic." All true, but useless if you don't know how.
The tools I build have three rules:
- ADHD-first design. No ambiguity. No "figure it out yourself." Clear steps, fill-in-the-blank templates, decision trees.
- Execution over inspiration. You don't need another motivational quote. You need a system that works when motivation is gone.
- Proof, not promises. I don't sell "overnight success" or "passive income." I sell frameworks I actually use. If it doesn't work for me, I don't ship it.
What I Use (Daily)
These are the systems I built for myself, and now I'm packaging them for you:
- Weekly Sprint Kit. Plan your week in one sitting. One outcome, one next step, two calendar blocks. Nothing else.
- Repurposing Playbook. Turn one idea into a week's worth of posts. Stop starting from scratch every single day.
- 50+ Hook Templates. Copy and paste hooks for LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok. No "be creative" required.
- The Stop Rule. When to quit a project, before you burn out or sink more time into something nobody wants.
All of this is inside the Content Engine ($33).
The Mission
I'm building The Untapped Potential to help ADHD founders do three things:
- Gain clarity. Know what to work on (and what to ignore).
- Increase agency. Build systems that work even when you don't feel like it.
- Own your wiring. Stop fighting your brain. Start using it as an advantage.
If you've ever felt like everyone else makes entrepreneurship look easy while you keep starting and stopping, this is for you.
Work With Me
